About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA Intern to support and grow the ReleaseOwl Success Community. The intern will help manage member engagement, moderate discussions, curate valuable content, and ensure community members have a positive experience. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about building professional communities, social engagement, content creation, and stakeholder interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and moderate the ReleaseOwl Success Community.
• Drive member acquisition and engagement initiatives.
• Create, curate, and schedule relevant content.
• Monitor community discussions and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Collect and escalate customer/product feedback to internal teams.
• Track engagement metrics and provide basic analytical insights.
• Support webinars, virtual events, and community campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to increase community value.

Key Skills Required

Mandatory Skills

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Community management or social media administration.
• Content writing and content curation skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Basic reporting and analytics skills.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing college clubs, forums, communities, or student chapters.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Slack, or similar platforms.
• Newsletter or blog writing experience.
• Event coordination experience.
• Canva, Excel, or Google Workspace exposure.
