About the Role

ReleaseOwl is looking for a dynamic MBA Intern to support and strengthen relationships with CIO Chapters across Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Coimbatore. The role requires an individual who is comfortable interacting with senior leaders, organizing events, driving marketing campaigns, and representing the company at industry forums.

The ideal candidate enjoys networking, public speaking, event management, and business relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with CIO Chapter members and leadership teams.
• Coordinate and support CIO events, roundtables, webinars, and networking sessions.
• Represent ReleaseOwl at industry conferences and leadership forums.
• Support marketing campaigns targeted at CIOs and technology leaders.
• Identify and engage potential speakers, sponsors, and strategic partners.
• Manage event logistics, registrations, invitations, and follow-ups.
• Create presentations, outreach communications, and event reports.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams on chapter activities.
• Track participation metrics and campaign effectiveness.
