Partner Alliance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Partner Alliance Manager to build and grow strategic partnerships for the ReleaseOwl SAP DevOps platform. You will work with global and regional partners and collaborate closely with our sales, marketing and product teams to create joint value, build pipeline and drive co-selling opportunities.

You should be comfortable operating in the SAP ecosystem, leading product-centric conversations and working with multiple stakeholders to turn relationships into concrete plans, campaigns and deals.

What you will do

  • Own and grow relationships with strategic partners (SAP, global system integrators and regional partners).
  • Run ReleaseOwl intro and overview sessions for partner teams to build awareness and enablement.
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market plans including campaigns, events, webinars and customer workshops.
  • Drive measurable outcomes from partner motions: qualified opportunities, partner-influenced deals and closed revenue.
  • Coordinate with internal sales, marketing and product teams to support partner initiatives, capture field feedback and track partner performance.
  • Represent ReleaseOwl in partner meetings, industry events and SAP ecosystem forums.

What we are looking for

  • 5 to 7 years of work experience in the SAP ecosystem and product-based companies.
  • Background in partner management, alliances, channel sales or business development.
  • Good understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how partners influence and close deals.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in customer and partner facing discussions.
  • Ability to structure joint plans, follow up on actions and keep multiple teams aligned.
  • Comfortable working in a fast moving SaaS or product environment with global and remote teams.
