Role Summary

We are looking for a SAP Cloud ALM Monitoring Expert (4-7 Years Experience) to drive the implementation, configuration, and adoption of SAP Cloud ALM Monitoring solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Solution Manager, with a strong focus on monitoring, observability, and operational excellence across SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage SAP Cloud ALM Monitoring capabilities, including:
  • Health Monitoring
  • Integration & Exception Monitoring
  • Real User Monitoring
  • Synthetic User Monitoring
  • Job Monitoring
  • Business Process Monitoring
• Define monitoring strategies, alert thresholds, dashboards, and notification processes.
• Support SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and Cloud ALM coexistence or migration initiatives.
• Configure and support monitoring functionalities such as Technical Monitoring (MAI), BPMon, and ChaRM/QGM.
• Work across SAP landscapes including S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, Integration Suite (CPI), API Management, SAC, and Datasphere.
• Conduct customer workshops, gather requirements, create solution designs, and lead hands-on implementations.
• Support testing, deployment, hypercare, training, and operational handover activities.
• Collaborate with ReleaseOwl teams to align Cloud ALM monitoring with SAP DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, best practices, and customer success initiatives.
• Support presales activities including product demonstrations, effort estimations, and proposal inputs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-7 years of experience in SAP ALM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM implementation and administration (mandatory).
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager 7.2.
• Strong knowledge of Technical Monitoring, Business Process Monitoring, Integration Monitoring, and Alert Management.
• Good understanding of SAP landscapes, transports, integrations, and operational support processes.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, CPI/Integration Suite, API Management, SAC, or Datasphere.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to SAP Focused Run.
• Experience in SAP Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM migration projects.
• Knowledge of SAP DevOps, Release Management, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience integrating with Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or REST APIs.
• Understanding of SAP BTP services, Cloud Connector, and Integration Suite concepts.
