Role Summary

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our high-impact Pre-Sales team. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting sales opportunities by showcasing ReleaseOwl through compelling demos, building POCs, and assisting with pilot implementations. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in SAP Basis, Transport Management (including cTMS and Solution Manager (Solman)), and strong working knowledge of SAP BTP, Integration Suite DevOps practices, and SAP Cloud ALM implementation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging product demos tailored to customer pain points and use cases
  • Build and manage customer-specific Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilot environments
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to shape value-driven solutions
  • Support early-stage implementation guidance to ensure successful handoffs
  • Articulate technical benefits of ReleaseOwl to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor during pre-sales engagements and discovery sessions.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in SAP Basis or SAP landscape operations
  • Strong experience in Transport Management, cTMS, and Solution Manager (Solman)
  • Hands-on expertise with SAP DevOps for BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Cloud ALM implementation
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD workflows, and SAP’s transport architecture
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to simplify complex topics
  • Experience in pre-sales, customer-facing roles, or consulting is a strong plus.
